Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all customers utilizing the relaxation services provided by Enso Tokyo Spa (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using our services, you agree to comply with the following conditions
- Article 1 (Description of Services)

- We provide relaxation massage services by dispatching therapists to your place of stay (hotel or residence) within the 23 wards of Tokyo.
- We do not provide medical treatments, therapeutic services, or any form of adult entertainment.
- Article 2 (Reservations)

- Reservations are accepted through the methods designated by our company, such as the web form, telephone, or LINE.
- Please provide the following information accurately when making a reservation.:
- ・Full name
- ・Accommodation address, hotel name, and room number
- ・Preferred date and time
- ・Preferred treatment type and duration
- ・Language (English / Japanese), etc.
- Your reservation will be considered confirmed only after final confirmation from our company prior to the treatment.
- Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

- Prices vary depending on the type of service and the dispatch area. Please check our official website or confirm at the time of booking in advance.
- Payment must be made either in cash or via a cashless payment method designated by our company (such as credit cards or electronic money), either before or after the treatment.
- Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

If any of the following actions are observed, the session will be terminated immediately, and future use of our services may be refused. In such cases, it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
- Inappropriate behavior including sexual or violent demands, or any physical contact with the therapist
- Use of our services while under the significant influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Use of services by individuals affiliated with organized crime groups or other anti-social forces
- Any other acts that the therapist or our company deems inappropriate
- Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)

- If you contact us at least three hours before your scheduled appointment time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- In the following cases, a 100% cancellation fee (full amount) will be charged.:
- ・Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time
- ・Cancellation or absence after the therapist’s arrival
- ・No-show cancellation
- In the case of unavoidable circumstances (such as sudden illness or natural disasters), please contact us for individual consultation.
- Article 6 (Disclaimer)

- おDepending on the customer's physical constitution or condition, symptoms such as fatigue, itching, or discomfort may occasionally occur after treatment. However, we cannot be held responsible for such reactions.
- Please manage your valuables at your own responsibility. We do not accept any liability for loss, theft, or other incidents involving personal belongings.
- Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)

- In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we properly manage our customers’ personal information and do not use it for any purposes other than reservations, service provision, or emergency contact.
- Article 8 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

- We may revise these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective upon being posted on our website.
- Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the customer and our company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
