- Will the therapist come to my hotel?

Yes, within Tokyo’s 23 wards, we can dispatch a therapist to your place of stay—whether it’s a hotel or private residence. When making a reservation, please provide the name and address of your accommodation. Kindly note that some hotels may require advance notice to their front desk, so we recommend confirming this in advance
- Do the therapists speak English?

Yes, we have English-speaking therapists available. When making a reservation, please let us know your preferred language, and we will arrange for a therapist who can accommodate your needs
- Is tipping required?

Tipping is not customary in Japan, so it is not necessary. All service charges are included in the listed prices. If you would like to express your appreciation, a simple “thank you” or a kind review would be sincerely appreciated
- Do I need to be naked during the massage?

No, in Japan, modesty is the standard. During the treatment, your body will always be properly covered with towels or sheets. You may keep your underwear on, or choose whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Please note that no sexual services are provided under any circumstances
- Is it okay to talk during the massage?

Yes, feel free to talk during the session if you’d like. Our therapists will adapt to your preferences—whether you wish to enjoy conversation or simply relax in silence. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from asking personal or inappropriate questions
